Artists Irene Will and Donna Hinson founded the alliance in 2003 with the mission of making all forms of art, including writing, painting, music and performing, accessible to the community.
Please support this vision by becoming a member today. The $15.00 membership per year helps promote arts on the island.
Fund-raisers help the alliance provide programs for the community, including the young writers’ workshop and the Concert on the Commons Series. The group also sponsors the Women’s History Month Project.
“The great thing about the alliance is that it really strives to create opportunities for people of all ages to engage and enjoy art in all forms,” Perlick-Kloska said.
“In addition, they manage to create programs that can be enjoyed by not only artists, but non-artists as well.”
